Social Media and Offline Events Associate

About the role

We’re looking for an Events & Social Media Associate to bring Edukita’s brand to life through engaging social media content and meaningful events. You’ll manage day-to-day social media operations, support content planning, and lead events from planning to execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, organized, and enjoys turning ideas into action.

What will you do:

• Lead marketing-related events end-to-end, from planning and budgeting to logistics and on-site execution.

• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, and platform administration.

• Support content planning and coordinate content production with internal teams and creative partners.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor social media performance and explore ways to improve content and engagement.

• Ensure social media content and event materials are consistent with Edukita’s brand.

What we are looking for:

• ~2 years of experience in social media, content, events, or related roles (Experience in the education or service industry is a plus)

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and coordinating events or content production.

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Familiarity with content creation or design tools is a plus.
