Site Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor the physical execution of construction works on site

• Prepare daily progress reports and weekly attendance/payroll records for workers, supported by photographic documentation

• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work on site in accordance with applicable quality standards

• Allocate and assign work scopes to foremen and workers based on project requirements

• Review technical drawings and shop drawings to ensure they are suitable for use as approved For Construction (IFC) drawings

• Determine material and manpower requirements, including specifications, quantities, and procurement schedules

• Execute weekly project work plans in accordance with the established project timeline and schedule

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure their work progress and quality comply with the approved work plans and project standards

• Coordinate the availability and utilization of construction equipment and materials on site

• Resolve unexpected technical issues on site by coordinating with the Engineering team and project supervisors

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, or similar position in the construction industry (Villa/Resrot/apartement/hotel)

• Experienced in supervising and monitoring construction activities on site, including work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, shop drawings, and For Construction (IFC) drawings

• Familiar with construction methods, work procedures, and project specifications

• Experienced in managing foremen, workers, and subcontractors, including assigning work scopes and monitoring performance

• Able to prepare daily progress reports, weekly manpower/attendance reports, and photographic documentation

• Willing to be assigned to Tabanan, Bali
