Job Descriptions:

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of construction and commercial contracts, including EPC, Design & Build, subcontractor, supplier, consultant, joint venture, and consortium agreements

• Manage contractual risks, claims, and project-related legal matters, including variations, EOT, delays, liquidated damages, payment disputes, defects, termination, and other contractual issues throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable construction, corporate, licensing, procurement, employment, environmental, and other relevant laws and regulations

• Lead dispute resolution and legal proceedings, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, while managing external legal counsel, notaries, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders

• Lead and develop the Legal function as a strategic business partner, establishing legal policies, contract standards, SOPs, and risk management frameworks while providing effective legal support to Project, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and other business functions

Job Qualifications:

• Provide strategic legal advice and support to the Board of Directors and Management on corporate matters, construction projects, business operations, and strategic initiatives
