Job Description

1. Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.

2. Survey and analysis location / feasibility study.

3. Negotiation with landlord / owner / developer.

4. Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (any major)
2. Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience, who is exposed in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably).
4. Experienced in Retail industry and opening store.
5. Good in team work and communication skill.
6. Willing to travel
7. Willing to be placed in Surabaya
