Site Acquisition Officer

Job Description :

1. Site Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify and scout new strategic locations or buildings for company branches in accordance with company expansion targets.

2. Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze demographics, foot traffic, competitor proximity, and local regulations to determine the viability of a potential site.

3. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and building owners. Negotiate lease prices, duration, and terms/conditions to ensure maximum benefit for the company.

4. Legal & Documentation: Facilitate the initial administrative process, including checking building permits (IMB/PBG), land certificates, and lease agreements.

5. Pre-Opening Support: Coordinate with the project team to ensure the transition from acquisition to branch setup is seamless.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Civil Engineering, Business Studies/Management, Economics or equivalent

• Previous experience in expansion, site acquisition, or location scouting in retail or loan service sectors.

• Willing and able to work with high mobility, conducting daily field visits.

• Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to make decisions based on on-site findings and data.

• Good communication skills, target-driven, and able to build strong relationships with property owners.

• Owns a personal motorcycle and holds a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).

• Resides in the JADEBEK area (Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi).

• Basic understanding of commercial property rental, negotiation, and location feasibility analysis.

• Basic understanding in using ArGIS, QGIS, Avenza, Google MyMaps or geospatial software will be plus.
