Shop Manager

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Shop Manager to lead our SPG teams and manage daily operations across multiple shops in Bali. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring store standards, and developing team performance. Each Shop Manager will oversee a group of shops and rotate between assigned areas every two months.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and ensure shops achieve sales targets.

• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Supervise daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and store presentation.

• Lead, coach, and motivate SPG teams to improve sales and service performance.

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave requests, and shift changes.

• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Ensure product displays and visual merchandising meet company standards.

• Follow up on operational issues, including missing or stolen items.

• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and other departments.

• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve sales and shop operations.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.

• Able to manage multiple shops and travel between assigned locations in Bali.

• Good English communication skills.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

• Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
