Shipping Documentation Specialist（English speaker）

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Apply for Indonesian certificate of origin (COO) and resolve any abnormalities in the certificate of origin;

2. Prepare and check import and export packing list invoices;

3. Track the progress of customs declaration and assist in handling abnormal customs declaration.

II. Qualifications

1. Required to be proficient in using ESKA system for applying COO.

2. Proficient in English or Chinese;

3. Have at least 2 years of experience in handling certificates of origin (COO), be able to complete the handling of certificates of origin independently, and be familiar with the operation of certificates of origin and various tax exemption measures in various countries;

4. Be familiar with the preparation and review of documents such as packing lists and invoices;

5. Be familiar with Indonesia’s import tariff policies and changes.
