SHE & ISO Officer

About the role

An Officer SHE role focused on ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) and safety standards across all factory areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of K3 and safety standards throughout all factory areas

• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and monitor compliance with SOP/APD

• Oversee high-risk work such as lifting, working at height, hot work, and confined space operations

• Ensure lifting/rigging work is conducted according to safety procedures

• Manage and monitor hazardous waste (B3) in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and procedures

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare HSE reports

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and K3 awareness sessions for employees and contractors

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in K3, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as HSE/Safety Officer, preferably in manufacturing environments

• Understanding of K3, HSE, and occupational safety regulations

• Understanding of hazardous waste (B3) management and its administration/documentation

• Understanding of lifting, rigging, crane work, and inspection of lifting/transport equipment

• AK3 Lifting/Rigger certificate is an added value

• Good understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and SMK3.

• Assertive, communicative, disciplined, with problem-solving ability and capability to work in the field

• Willing to work in a manufacturing/shipyard environment and meet operational requirements
