Serviec & Cashier Staff

About the role

This role combines cashier and service responsibilities in a food and beverage establishment. You will process customer payments accurately and efficiently, operate POS systems, and provide friendly, professional service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments quickly, accurately, and courteously using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods (QRIS, e-wallet)

• Operate the cash register and POS system correctly

• Perform cash count at the beginning and end of each shift

• Create simple daily sales reports

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner upon arrival and departure

• Present menu options and provide product recommendations to customers

• Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen and pastry section

• Serve food and beverages with courtesy and professionalism

• Ensure dining tables are clean, organised, and ready for the next customers

• Handle customer complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent (hospitality or tourism qualifications preferred)

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B, service, or cashier roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills welcome)

• POS system experience preferred

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Friendly, service-oriented with strong customer service mindset

• Good communication and clarity in speech

• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible with financial transactions and cash handling

• Able to work effectively in a team and under pressure during busy periods

• Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) including weekends and public holidays
