Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with House of Kairos’ service standards.

• Guide guests through the menu, provide informed recommendations, and communicate food and beverage options confidently.

• Ensure accurate order taking and timely service through effective coordination with kitchen and bar teams.

• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and care.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, table presentation, and readiness of the dining area.

• Follow operational SOPs, food safety requirements, grooming standards, and company policies.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support smooth daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or wellness environments is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good English proficiency.

• Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
