SERVER REQUIREMENT:

· Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented

· Previous serving experience is a big plus

· Having experiences in F&B service role

· Attentiveness and patience for customers

· Excellent presentation skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work in shifts

SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables

· Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed

· Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests

· Record transactions in the POS system correctly and timely

· Check to guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage

· Clean tables, complete opening closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies

· Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

· Inform customers about the day’s specials

· Offer menu recommendations upon request

· Up-sell additional products when appropriate

· Provide excellent customer service to guests
