Senior Sales Education Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant whose primary responsibility is to conduct interactive trial classes for students and parents, showcase Algonova’s educational programs, and convert trial participants into paying customers by encouraging enrollment in our courses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parents.

• Understand each family's learning goals and recommend the most suitable programs.

• Deliver interactive coding, digital literacy, and creative activities based on our academic curriculum (training is provided)

• Drive course enrollment through consultative conversations, clearly communicating course benefits, outcomes, and structure.

• Address parent questions and concerns, build trust, and support the enrollment journey through follow-up when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of trial sessions, parent feedback, and conversion performance.
  

About you

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving goals.

• Previous experience in sales, education, tutoring, customer service, consultation, or other client-facing roles is a plus.

• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
  

Key Highlights:

• Compensation: IDR 3.5 million basic salary + up to IDR 4.2 million in additional earnings from completed trial classes + unlimited sales bonuses for every successful enrollment.

• No Cold Calling: Leads are provided, so you don’t need to find your own customers.

• This role is not suitable for candidates who currently have another full-time job or main employment commitment.

• Work remotely with a flexible schedule, but availability to work on weekends is required.
