Senior Key Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Executive to join the dynamic team at PT Indogal Agro Trading. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities especially in the Manufacturing channel. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an engaging and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company's customer base

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

• Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring profitability

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to the management team

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management

• Experience in the Meat or Commodity Industry with strong portfolio in Manufacture

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
