PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi is a system integrator for electrical systems looking for HR&GA segment to be placed at head quarter, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Purpose of the job

We are looking for an HRGA to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes and etc

Job responsibility:

• Create and present quarterly HRGA strategic plan to superior and implementation

• Lead end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes

• Created employe development program plan and employe review schedule plan

• Handled employee administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Managed payroll administration, BPJS management, PPh 21 and ensured compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

• Managed company assets, inventory, and procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and create nurture a positive working environment

Essential Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HRD role preferably in a similar industry

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

Skill

• Have good Microsoft office skill a specially with excel

• People oriented and results driven

• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

• Managerial Skill

• Experience with BPJS

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

• A team player with high level of dedication

• Ability to work under strict deadlines
