Senior Finance and Admin Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage administration and process of travel allowances, delivery notes, and cashier at branch and HO

• Create and ensure implementation of SOP and financial controls

• Oversee use of cash advances from drivers

• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and transportation team

• Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and financial reports are available on time

• Prepare operational reports for logistics and transportation, and analyse financials for efficiency improvement (Cost Control)

• Ensure all delivery documents and logistics administration are complete and comply with procedures

About you

• Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 5 years experience in Accounting and Management

• 3 years experience as Manager or Supervisor

• Proficient in Accounting Software and modern ERP systems

• Strong leadership, analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage time well and handle multiple priorities in dynamic environment

• Willing to be mobile as per operational needs and placement in Cileungsi
