Finance Manager Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Manage daily finance and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and record financial transactions accurately and systematically. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow. Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare and record financial transactions accurately and systematically

• Prepare payment requests, invoices, receipts, and other supporting financial documents

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow

• Record and monitor company expenses and reimbursements

• Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports

• Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed

• Assist with tax administration and provide supporting documents for tax reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting

• Familiar with accounting principles and financial administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data processing

• Experience using accounting software is preferred

• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Mandarin proficiency is a must
