Senior Fashion Designer

We're looking for a Fashion Designer who brings creative vision and technical precision together, someone who can take a concept from sketch to finished garment while keeping our brand identity sharp and our collections fresh.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fashion design process, from concept development to final product

• Research and forecast fashion trends to ensure our collections remain innovative and relevant

• Develop design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to bring creative ideas to life

• Collaborate with the creative, merchandising, and sales teams to create cohesive collections

• Select materials, fabrics, and accessories to align with the brand's aesthetics and quality standards

• Collaborate with pattern maker and sample team to ensure proper garment construction and fit

• Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency (and visit them if needed)

• Maintain quality standards across all production stages, from prototyping to final production

• Troubleshoot production issues and find solutions to meet design integrity and deadlines

• Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand identity, customer needs, and business objectives

• Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging production techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field

• At least 2 years of working experience in fashion design and production, preferably in fashion retail

• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and trend awareness

• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric selection

• Ability to manage production timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering high-quality products
