Senior E-Commerce Business Operation Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Tanggung jawab

• Build and maintain relationship with multiple business partners and stakeholders to tap potential business opportunities
• Represent the company to liase with government authorities for compliance if needed
• Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required
• Collaborate with E Commerce Operation, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Legal and other XFN teams for alignment
• Manage and support other ad-hoc or urgent E-Commerce platform wise tasks with a very strong sense

Persyaratan

• 5-10 years of work experience in the E Commerce, BNPL or financial services industries
• Bachelor's or a master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• Fluent in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, English is a plus
• Proficient communication and persuasion skills, being resourceful
