Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (D3/D4) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven working experience as an Air Import/Export Staff or Operations Staff within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

• Deep understanding of international air freight procedures, IATA regulations, and import customs compliance.

• Proficient in handling air import documentations, including House Air Waybill (HAWB), Master Air Waybill (MAWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Import Declarations (PEB/PIB)

• Familiarity with freight forwarding management systems (e.g., CargoWise, EDI) and standard MS Office applications (especially Excel).

• Strong knowledge of coordinating with airlines, ground handling agents, customs brokers, and overseas agents.

• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) to coordinate with overseas networks and global clients.

• Ability to handle operational issues, such as customs delays, cargo discrepancies, or damaged shipments, with quick and effective solutions.

• High level of accuracy in data entry and verifying shipping documents to avoid compliance penalties.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight airline schedules or delivery deadlines.

• A proactive team player who can also work independently under minimal supervision.
