Senior Content Operation

About the role

Development of a luggage brand's TikTok platform content growth strategy, enhancing account content richness and thickness for content exposure, quality and GMV conversion results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content growth strategy to enhance account content richness and thickness for content exposure, quality and GMV conversion results

• Plan and operate account content combined with platform attributes and user needs according to marketing and promotional purposes, including daily and marketing promotional node activities

• Analyze activities and video data, monitor video operation effect, regularly follow up on goal progress, and capture industry and platform hot content

• Produce Indonesian TikTok account content material including shooting and cutting, with localization and originality

• Collaborate with live broadcasting operations team to produce highlight content and ensure high-quality live broadcasting material use to maximize conversion

About you

• College degree or above; quality experience may allow for relaxed education requirements

• Fluent in spoken English for daily communication

• Skilled in short video shooting equipment (camera and cell phone) and editing software (PR/Capcut)

• Short video shooting and cutting production team primary management level

• One year or more TikTok or Instagram short video content operation and content production experience

• Good creative planning and content operation capabilities with strong content acumen

• Understanding of TikTok platform content and traffic distribution mechanism

• Strong data processing and analysis skills with ability to continuously optimize operation strategy according to data indicators
