Senior Butler

You will work closely with the housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service quality.

A butler is responsible for both guest service and supporting the overall daily operations to ensure smooth management and high service standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service and respond to guest requests promptly

• Coordinate daily villa operations with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams

• Prepare and serve high-quality daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) tailored to guests' preferences and schedules

• Demonstrate strong culinary proficiency in cooking authentic Western, Chinese, and Indonesian cuisines

• Plan menus, manage grocery shopping, and ensure the kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients to meet guest dining needs

• Monitor villa readiness, cleanliness, and guest comfort standards

• Ensure inventory of guest supplies and report shortages to management

• Maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality hospitality service
