Salary: IDR 5,000,000 – IDR 6,000,000 / month

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at construction and renovation sites.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and safe work procedures.

• Ensure workers comply with safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and regular safety briefings for employees and contractors.

• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and safety permits.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure all construction and renovation activities comply with applicable HSE regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, building renovation, or civil engineering projects.

• Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower or an equivalent recognized certification.

• Must possess at least one relevant BNSP competency certificate, preferably in one or more of the following areas:

  • K3 Konstruksi (Construction Safety).

  • Petugas K3 (Occupational Safety Officer).

  • Ahli K3 Muda, Ahli K3 Madya, or Ahli K3 Utama, according to the candidate's qualifications and experience.

  • Auditor SMK3, preferably for candidates with relevant auditing experience.

• Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and construction safety standards.

• Familiar with hazard identification, risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and accident investigation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for workers and project teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Willing to work and conduct regular inspections at construction and renovation project sites.
