Senior Baker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to work on bread, pastry, and cake production. The role involves mastering the complete production process from ingredient preparation to finished products ready for sale.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of bread including sweet bread, sandwich bread, dough preparation and fermentation processes

• Produce pastry items including croissants, puff pastry, and assorted pastries

• Create cakes including sponge cake, butter cake, and handle cake decoration and finishing

• Master the complete production process from ingredient preparation to finished products ready for sale

About you

• Experienced in making bread, pastry and cake

• Master the production process from ingredient preparation to finished products ready for sale

• Clean, meticulous, disciplined and responsible

• Able to work independently

• Preferably residing in West Jakarta or nearby areas
