Senior Agile Consultant / Agile Coach

• Lead Agile Scrum assessment activities to evaluate the current state of Agile implementation within the organization
• Assess Agile processes, Scrum ceremonies, team collaboration, role effectiveness, tools utilization, delivery practices, and overall Agile maturity.
• Conduct gap analysis between current practices and Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Develop Agile Maturity Level assessments and establish a baseline for continuous improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive Agile implementation roadmap, including target maturity levels, improvement priorities, implementation strategies, timelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic Agile coaching and mentoring to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other relevant roles.
• Standardize role definitions, responsibilities, collaboration models, and expectations in Agile Scrum implementation.
• Provide hands-on guidance during Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach teams in effective backlog management, backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, Agile refreshment sessions, and best-practice sharing for relevant stakeholders.
• Identify organizational, process, and team-level impediments and provide practical recommendations and solutions.
• Provide hands-on support in resolving Agile implementation challenges that impact project delivery.
• Guide teams in optimizing Agile tools, workflows, dashboards, reporting, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor Agile implementation and evaluate team performance, sprint outcomes, milestones, and maturity improvements.
• Provide recommendations for sustainable Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop and standardize Agile guidelines, templates, working agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders in improving Agile adoption, delivery effectiveness, team collaboration, and Agile maturity.
• Provide regular coaching and implementation progress reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile consulting, Agile coaching, Scrum Master, Agile transformation, or related roles.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications:
• ICAgile Certified – Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
• Certified Scrum Professional – Professional Scrum Master II/III (CSP-PSM II/III)
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Strong understanding of Agile mindset, Scrum framework, Agile transformation, and Agile maturity models.
• Proven experience conducting Agile assessments and developing Agile transformation or implementation roadmaps.
• Strong experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with multiple Agile roles, including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Developer, and QA.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in Agile metrics, continuous improvement, delivery effectiveness, and team performance.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Agile tools.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Willing to work onsite
