Senior Account Executive (Client Handling for Google, Meta, and Tiktok Ads)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Senior Account Executive at BigEvo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

• Understand clients' business objectives and provide relevant recommendations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management or Client Service

• Excellent presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Familiar with ads reporting (deck and Lookerstudio) and understanding dashboard metrics (Google, META, TikTok).

• Familiar to manage Ads Performance & Social Media management service with tight timeline.

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
