We build AI-powered tools that reshape how organisations understand and develop their people. The challenge? That’s not easy to explain. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Senior 3D Animator who turns abstract ideas into attractive visuals for product demos, brand campaigns, and event installations.
What you’ll do
• Create 3D animations for product explainers, pitch decks, social content, and live events.
• Own the full pipeline. From concept, modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, until delivery.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and BD teams to translate strategy into visual storytelling.
• Bring AI-assisted workflows into the creative process. Both speed and quality is important.

Kualifikasi

• 3+ years in 3D animation. Your reel matters more than your years.
• Proficient in Blender or Cinema 4D (Synthesia or HeyGen experience a bonus).
• Strong grasp of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. You don’t hand in work you’re not proud of.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted creative tools such as Runway, etc.
