In Your First 12 Months

• Deliver our office renovation on time and on budget
• Run asset, inventory and procurement fully on Odoo v19
• Renegotiate key vendor contracts with clear service levels
• Build GA procedures that pass ISO audit first time

Kualifikasi

• Have 5+ years in facilities or GA, including a project you led: a fit-out, relocation or system rollout
• Can show what you saved or improved, in numbers
• Are hands-on: this is a lean team, not a large department
