SCM & Inventory Specialist (Eyewear)

We are looking for a reliable SCM & Inventory Specialist to keep our operations running seamlessly and ensure every detail is accounted for.

Key Responsibility:

1. Order & Inventory Management: Manage orders and stock levels for various eyewear and lens SKUs across all stores.

2. Data Reconciliation: Ensure data accuracy by reconciling figures between our in-house POS system and the finance system.

3. Stock Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and report on any discrepancies.

4. Operational Reporting: Update daily/weekly inventory reports and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. The ability to work honestly and maintain high standards with minimal supervision.

3. A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and improve processes while working independently.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex data.

5. SCM or retail experience is a plus, we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and have the right attitude.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables); knowledge of Looker studio is a plus, with the ability to quickly learn new ERP/POS systems.
