About the Program

Sales Trainee Bootcamp is an intensive development program designed to prepare young talents for a career in Sales and Marketing at ASSA.

Participants will receive comprehensive training in sales, soft skills, business processes, and customer management, as well as practical exposure to ASSA’s business activities. Upon successfully completing the program, participants will have the opportunity to be hired as a full-time employee and pursue a career with ASSA.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major

• Minimum have 1 year experience in area sales

• Open to Fresh Graduates

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Confident, sociable, and eager to learn

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Interested in Sales & Marketing

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
