Sales Supervisor - Spare Parts & Fleet (R4)

Key responsibilities

• Manage fleet parts sales from ordering to delivery

• Conduct sales evaluations and create action plans based on results

• Calculate fixed and variable costs, including distribution and overhead costs

• Provide solutions for delivery obstacles for spare parts to branch offices

• Control discounts provided to customers

• Review special price lists and obtain management approval before sending to branches

• Guide sales staff to promote Principal & Marketing Centre programs to retail customers

About you

• Minimum S1 education from any field

• Minimum 3 years experience as Parts Fleet Supervisor in automotive industry

• Strong communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
