Sales Staff - Steel/Oil & Gas

About the role

PT Hanwa Indonesia is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Staff to join our team. This position is responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales activities within the steel and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

• Monitor market trends and customer needs to support business growth

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any major

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector and/or Steel industry will be an advantage

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Willing to travel for business purposes if required
