Sales Senior Staff Freight Forwarding - Cikarang - WFO (709451)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and support sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor shipments and handle operational issues when needed.

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales or import/export operations.

• Experience in acquiring new clients and managing customer relationships.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.

• Driver’s license is preferred but not required.

• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
