Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities, primarily with Japanese companies in Indonesia

• Promote and propose precision shafts, threaded products, and machined metal components

• Manage relationships with existing customers and expand sales opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

• Support the achievement of sales targets and business expansion initiatives

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with an automotive, motorcycle, or industrial manufacturing.

• Experience in new business development and customer acquisition

• Strong knowledge of related manufacturing processes

• Business-level English communication skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
