Sales Representative Eastern Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, architects and project owners in the assigned area.

• Visit clients and project sites regularly to gather project information and understand client needs.

• Present company products and services, and prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents together with the internal team.

• Negotiate prices and terms, and close deals in line with company policy.

• Maintain a sales pipeline, and report activities, prospects and progress weekly and monthly.

• Coordinate with the head office, operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

• Provide after-sales support and keep long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and upcoming projects in the area.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or Business is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience as Sales or Business Development in the construction industry or an architectural design firm.

• Strong network with contractors, developers, consultants or government agencies in the assigned area is a big plus.

• Ability to read basic construction drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) is an advantage.

• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Holds a valid driving license (SIM A and/or C), and owning a vehicle is preferred.

• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Balikpapan, Kupang, Bali, Ambon & Timika (We open position on each location).
