Sales（quantity surveyor）

Key responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customer from target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting

• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts

• Keep up good relationship with existing and new clients

• Make appointment and demonstrate BIM software presentations for customers

• Generate weekly sales report for management

• Provide pre-sales software consultant and after-sales support for software implementation

• Undertake tasks assigned from time to time

About you

• Fluent in Mandarin for business purpose

• Minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience in construction software industry or open for fresh graduate with QS/Civil Engineering background

• Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated

• Pro-active and ability to work independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Practice integrity and high dedication

• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skill
