Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or another relevant field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the building materials industry.

• Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or sales through building material stores and distributors.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to acquire new customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Target-oriented with good market analysis skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers, particularly in the building materials industry.

• Identify business opportunities through construction projects, building material stores, contractors, and distributors.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders through fulfillment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth sales operations and product deliveries.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and customer development updates.
