Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Promote and sell industrial products to customers

• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections

• Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and operations

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major

• Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 4)

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and business development mindset

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in steel trading, steel distribution, manufacturing, commodity trading, or related industries

• Experience handling Chinese-speaking customers or business partners

• International education background is an advantage
