Sales Marketing & Interpreter (Japanese Speaker) - Cikarang - (ID: 713665)

Job Description :

• Support communication and coordination with Japanese customers regarding sales, production, quality, delivery, and other business-related matters.

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, factory visits, discussions, and other communication with Japanese customers.

• Act as a bridge between Japanese customers and internal Indonesian departments, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams.

• Support existing Japanese customer accounts by maintaining regular communication and following up on customer requirements.

• Assist with sales and marketing activities, including customer visits, follow-up, and business development with Japanese companies.

• Coordinate customer requests related to product specifications, delivery schedules, quality issues, and production status with relevant internal departments.

• Translate documents, emails, reports, and other materials between Japanese and Indonesian as required.

• Support factory visits, customer meetings, audits, and other activities involving Japanese customers.

• Collect customer information and market feedback and communicate relevant information internally.

• Ensure smooth and accurate communication between customers and teams to support long-term business relationships.

Job Requirement :

• Able to communicate effectively in Japanese, both spoken and written, and support interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian.

• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, or experience supporting Japanese customers in a manufacturing-related company.

• Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work with multiple internal departments.

• Able to understand manufacturing-related discussions and communicate information accurately between Japanese customers and local staff.

• Comfortable communicating directly with Japanese customers and building professional relationships.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
