About the role

This role involves seeking, developing, and maintaining business relationships with industrial customers who require greige fabric as raw material for production. You will offer greige fabric products according to specifications, fabric construction types, yarn composition, and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Search, develop, and maintain business relationships with industrial customers requiring greige fabric as production raw material

• Offer greige fabric products according to specifications, fabric construction types, yarn composition, and customer requirements

• Conduct price negotiations, quantities, delivery schedules, and sales terms in accordance with company policy

• Receive and follow up on quotation requests, purchase orders, and customer requirements

• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse departments to ensure specification compliance, product availability, and delivery accuracy

• Monitor sales realization, customer payments, and handle customer complaints together with relevant departments

• Prepare sales reports, customer development, market potential, and sales target achievement on a regular basis

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in related field preferred

• Experience in sales, particularly in textile industry or business-to-business (B2B) sales is an advantage

• Understanding of greige fabric basics, fabric construction, and textile industry raw material needs is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to build good business relationships

• Target-oriented, able to work independently, with good market analysis and sales administration capabilities
