Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2–3 years in a Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / equivalent leadership position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with sales reporting or CRM systems.

• Possess a valid SIM A/SIM C and personal vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in plastic, tarpaulin, packaging, distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in managing distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and/or key customers.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.

• Strong capability in sales strategy, territory management, customer acquisition, and channel development.

• Able to lead, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve business targets.

• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, sales pipeline, stock management, and receivables/collection.

• Have a good understanding of Palembang market, customer network, and local business dynamics.

• Candidates who are originally from or currently based in Palembang are preferred, particularly those with an established local network.

• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Highly target-oriented, proactive, commercially driven, and resilient.

• Willing to conduct regular market visits and travel across the Palembang area.

• High integrity, disciplined, accountable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
