Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the property or real estate industry.

• Proven track record in managing and leading teams, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

• Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Bekasi.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and lead the sales team (Marketing Executives) to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.

• Manage sales channels through property agents, including conducting product knowledge briefings and explaining sales terms and regulations.

• Collaborate with the Project, After-Sales, and Planning & Design departments regarding housing construction progress to ensure the sales team is well-informed.

• Handle customer complaints related to purchases and meet with buyers directly to provide optimal solutions and service recovery.
