Deskripsi pekerjaan

Requirements:
  • Education Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
  • Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate, shopping mall, or apartment industry.
  • Experience in external/internal auditing or cost accounting is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and supervise staff to ensure financial reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities with internal teams and related departments.
  • Placement Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
Job Description:
  • Prepare supporting data for budget reports.
  • Prepare supporting data for cash flow reports.
  • Reconcile accounting records with management reporting standards.
  • Prepare and reconcile sales supporting data with accounting records.
  • Understand financial transaction flows and consolidated financial statements
