Sales Executive (Medan Placement)

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, Public Relations, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/project sales, preferably from exhibition, event, booth contractor, interior, advertising, or creative agency industry.

• Experienced in handling B2B clients, especially for exhibition, event, booth, interior, or design & build projects.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Able to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Able to manage client databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

• Good coordination skills with internal teams, including design, estimator, production, and project teams.

• Detail-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced project-based environment.

• Willing to work with high mobility and adjust to project/event schedules when required.

Main Target:
The main target of this role is to drive company revenue by successfully winning and closing exhibition construction projects. Your ultimate goal is to consistently hit ambitious sales targets by securing lucrative deals for custom booths, pavilions, and event setups from key industry players, managing the entire sales cycle from the initial pitch to the final signed contract.
