Sales Engineer

Baskara Prima Sarana is a leading provider of fire protection and mechanical-electrical solutions for commercial and industrial buildings. We specialize in fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and other safety equipment used in malls, hotels, offices, hospitals, factories, and power plants.

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in commercial and industrial sectors.

• Promote and sell Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) products such as:

• Fire Pumps (Centrifugal, Fire Protection)

• Fire Alarm Systems & APAR (Fire Extinguishers)

• Gensets, Chillers, Cooling Towers

• Piping, Valves, Electrical Panels, Lighting, Cables

• Sewage Treatment Systems, Compressors, Tools, and Sound Systems

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in M&E products for buildings or industrial use.

• Background in Engineering or a related field is beneficial but not required.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
