Sales Eksekutif (Bekasi, West Jawa Cikarang, Indonesia)

Sales Executive    

Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in the company.

• Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and establish new potential customers by planning and organizing daily visitation schedule.

• Work closely, regularly visit major customer and prospects to maintain excellent business relationships with existing and new customers.

• Attend to customers’ inquiries and follow up with quotations.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

• Possessing of orders and after sales service.

• Ensure Sales Target are achieved

• Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures at all times.

• Follow up and collect payment from the customers based on the credit term applied at a timely manner.

• Assist in implementation of sales strategy set by company.

• Conduct market research, identify opportunities and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management.

• Actively participant Submit report to HOC on monthly basis and attend weekly meeting.

• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements – Education, Working Experiences, Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the industrial or raw materials sector.

• Strong understanding of raw materials markets, industry trends, and customer needs.

• Possess at least Professional Diploma or Degree in any field.

• Fresh Graduate with Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building and result oriented are encourage to apply.

• Data-driven mindset with a focus on actionable insights.

• Team player and can work independently

• Possess own transport.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese are an added advantage.
