Sales Consultant / Business Development (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

Develop Chinese enterprise clients investing in Indonesia (engineering, construction, manufacturing, trade, e-commerce, etc.), identify compliance needs including company registration, qualifications, licenses, tax accounting, and related services. Provide customized quotation solutions based on client scenarios. Drive contract terms confirmation and signing. Track service delivery progress, coordinate internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor payment schedules and follow up on invoices according to agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Chinese enterprise clients investing in Indonesia across engineering, construction, manufacturing, trade, e-commerce and other sectors

• Identify client needs related to company establishment, licensing, legality, taxation, accounting and compliance services

• Understand client needs and conditions, then develop solutions and pricing proposals accordingly

• Conduct communication and negotiation with clients regarding cooperation terms until agreement is reached and contracts are signed

• Monitor service delivery progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure work proceeds as agreed and client needs are met

• Monitor payments and follow up on invoices according to agreed schedules

• Execute the complete sales cycle independently from client contact through needs identification, quotation to contract signing

About you

• Indonesian citizen with fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese; able to independently draft Chinese business emails and participate in Chinese contract negotiations

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, customer management, business development experience or related field, with verifiable contract signing achievements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree; any major

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to independently create quotations and maintain client follow-up records

• Experience or network in consulting, law, taxation, accounting, property, cross-border trade, construction, or engineering is a plus

• Experience serving Chinese enterprise clients with actual Mandarin business communication is a plus

• Familiarity with OSS-RBA system, BKPM investment coordination, immigration KITAS/RPTKA and related government processes is a plus
