About the role

Field Sales / Sales Canvasser role focused on merchant registration and activation. You will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, building merchant relationships, and driving product adoption for financial products including GoPay, QRIS, and related financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1–3 merchant registrations per day
• Perform 2–3 field visits per day
• Achieve 6 active merchant registrations in the first week (during OJT)
• Achieve minimum 25 active merchant registrations per month
• Complete 1-month on-the-job training (OJT) program

About you

• 1–2 years of experience as a Field Sales representative, preferably with GoPay, QRIS, or financial products/systems
• Active driving license and personal vehicle
• Target-oriented, active, communicative, resilient, and able to work in field conditions
• Willing to complete 1-month OJT
• Must achieve 6 merchant registrations in the first week to secure position and salary
