Sales Assistant

Urgently Needed:

PT Pijak Bumi International ("Pijakbumi Footwear) is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team on a part-time basis.

This role is based in South Tangerang, Banten. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations during the Trade Expo Indonesia, from Oct 17-18th, 2026 (the last 1-2 days).

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the sales team in Pijakbumi booth during the event.

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients during the event.

• Supporting the preparation of product demonstrations and promotional activities.

• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records in a timely and accurate manner

• Handling customer enquiries and providing information about products and services.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales, customer service or administrative support role, preferably within a sales environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable

• Previous experience in sales consultancy or client-facing roles would be advantageous
