Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new markets and opportunities.

Build a strong network toensure sales performance.

Maintain existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities, including canvassing if necessary.

Establish a corporateclients database by presenting companyprofiles to corporate contacts.

Achieve targetsset by the company.

Minimum Senior High School.

Minimum 1 year of working experience as Sales, preferably in Property & Developer Company.

Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and handle high rise building.

Target oriented and attractive personality.

Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network.

Willing to be placed in Aerium Jakarta.
