About the role

PT PERSOL Recruitment Indonesia is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional for a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in flavour and fragrance products made from natural ingredients. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and achieving individual sales targets.

Working location: Jakarta / Karawang
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Salary: IDR 11,000,000–16,000,000 (Take-home pay, negotiable)

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customer accounts.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers, particularly R&D and Purchasing teams.

• Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve individual sales targets.

• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.

• Proven B2B sales experience in the flavour and fragrance industry, preferably in manufacturing.

• Experience developing new accounts and/or managing existing customer accounts.

• Candidates from other manufacturing industries may be considered if they have knowledge of chemicals or relevant products.

• Good numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic conversational English is required.

• Must hold a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A).

• Experience working with Japanese companies and Japanese language skills are advantages.
